Current proposal opportunities are listed below. Award results are posted for 30 days.
This information includes the following:
- Project number
- Project information (including Notice)
- Plan Documents are linked as they become available; email mark.depner@medfordwater.org or call (541) 774-2459 for the login password.
- Planholders' List
- Engineer's estimate if available
- Pre-proposal meeting date and time, if applicable
- Any addenda covering a particular contract
- RFP opening date and time
- Results of the RFP opening
- An easy way of contacting us by phone or e-mail.
Medford Water will not mail printed documents to prospective proposers. Paper copies will be available for viewing at our office: 200 S. Ivy St. - Room 177, Medford, Oregon 97501.
Check the website regularly until closing to avoid missing any Addenda, which will only be available online.
Having trouble? Be sure you are selecting the correct link from the table for the project you want to access (links/passwords are project-specific). In addition, if you enter the password incorrectly too many times it will lock you out; close your browser and start again.
