How do I apply for the rebate?

Check Eligibility
Property must have a water utility account with Medford Water in good standing.

Purchase and Install New Smart Irrigation Controller
Purchase a new WaterSense certified irrigation controller and install.
Note: If major improvement within the irrigation system or landscape is needed, the improvements will need to be completed prior to the rebate issuance.

Submit the Application
Fill out the Rebate Application, including receipt(s) and pictures:

Schedule your Sprinkler Survey
Schedule your free Sprinkler Survey, in which Medford Water staff will evaluate your irrigation system and landscape. We will also inspect new controller functionality and customer usability at this time.

Receive Your Rebate
Your rebate will be applied as a credit in your Medford Water account within 1-2 weeks.
