Calendar Contest

Medford Water sponsors an annual calendar contest for students in the Medford School District and White City area, to spark an interest in source water protection and conservation in their everyday lives. We prompted 4th graders at these schools to think about what water means to them and why it is important to conserve, and to create an illustration based on this idea.

The top 12 submissions are selected to be published in a wall calendar, and the top three of those also receive some great prizes, all sponsored by Medford Water. Prizes are awarded in December, and the calendars are presented to the winners and the participating classes in January.
