You asked, we listened.
We recently implemented a software upgrade that enhanced our online billing and payment services. New features include:
- View and pay your bill online with credit/debit card or e-check...it's free!
- No registration required
- Save time with automatic payment options
- Schedule payments for a future date
- Go paperless and get bills via email
- Receive email or text notifications when your bill is ready, just before the due date, and a confirmation after payment
Medford Water Commission wants to make it as easy and convenient as possible for customers to pay their water bill, as well as use less paper to help protect our environment. We encourage you to check out the new features and sign up for paperless billing if you haven't done so already.
