Separate Water and City bills; questions and answers
Beginning July 1, 2013, the City of Medford began billing for their charges directly, rather than having them included in bills processed by the Medford Water Commission. The City is now mailing ALL of their bills on the 15th of each month, with the first of these mailings going out in July. To assist customers to better understand the changes that began in July, check our FAQs.
Bills from the Medford Water Commission have been and will continue to be mailed throughout the month, but will now include only water charges. With removal of the city charges, the water bill form has been revised to include more detail about water charges, including more explanations on the reverse side of the bill.
