NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Medford, by and through its Board of Water Commissioners, will consider Resolution No. 1991, for the purpose of exempting GIS software licensing for Medford Water Commission for a three-year period from the Medford Water Commission’s Contracting and Purchasing Regulations, Pursuant to Section 2.33(C)(10) and ORS 279B.085, at their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. A copy of the proposed resolution, which will authorize the General Manager to execute a contract with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. for GIS software licensing under this exemption, is available upon request from the Water Commission’s office at 200 S.
