NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Medford, by and through its Board of Water Commissioners, will consider Resolution No. 1983, for the purpose of exempting investment advisory services for Medford Water Commission up to a seven-year period from the Medford Water Commission’s Contracting and Purchasing Regulations, Pursuant to Section 2.33(C)(16) and ORS 279B.085, at their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. A copy of the proposed resolution, which will authorize the Manager to execute a contract with Government Portfolio Advisors for investment advisory services under this exemption, is available upon request from the Water Commission’s office at 200 S.
