Medford Water will be closed in observance of the Independence Day holiday on Friday, July 3, 2026.
If you need to pay your bill, there are a variety of ways to do so: online at services.medfordwater.org, over the phone 24-7 by calling 541-774-2430, or at one of our convenient drop boxes (see below for locations).
If you need emergency after-hours assistance with your water service, please call: 541-779-7611.
Drop box locations:
Drop your payment, CHECKS ONLY (no cash), and payment stub in an envelope into one of our drop boxes. The box outside our building is checked once a day, and your payment will be forwarded to us by USPS mail from the other boxes on the same day; however, please be aware that processing by USPS may cause a delay of more than seven to ten days.
