Don’t Forget…Register Today for Our Watersmart Account Portal

Have you registered? Register today for our Watersmart account billing portal…these three easy steps will only take a few minutes!

Our new portal will bring increased efficiency, enhanced security, and modernization to your water account. As part of this upgrade, all customers will need to register online and create a new login to use the portal, and autopay and paperless billing customers will need to activate those preferences as well. 

Complete these steps and keep your account current:

Step 1Register Your Water Account
 • Go to services.medfordwater.org
• Enter your Customer Number and Account Number (located near the top right of your bill), separated by a dash, and your zipcode
• Click on Find My Account
• Create a login (your old login will no longer work), and click on Take Me to My Account
Step 2Activate Autopay and Paperless Billing
 To activate autopay:
• Click on the Billing tab, then select Bill Settings from the drop-down menu
• Click on AutoPay on the left side menu

To sign up for paperless billing:
• Click on the Billing tab, then select Bill Settings from the drop down menu
• Click on Bill Delivery Method on the left side menu
• Once you select Email, click on Send Verification Email (don’t forget to check your email to complete this process!)
Step 3Explore the New Tools and Features
 Take a few minutes to explore the new portal and check out the great new features!
