It’s still a bit warm, but you can cut back on your watering, since the days are already shorter and your landscape needs less water than it did before. To be even more water wise, check your soil moisture regularly to gauge accurate hydration levels and help you apply only the water your landscape needs. Fairly inexpensive and simple moisture meters are available at local home improvement or garden stores, and we even have some for free in our office while supplies last!
