Join Us for a Capital Hill Reservoir Replacement Project Open House – June 23rd, 2026

A construction contract for the Capital Hill Reservoir Replacement Project was awarded to Slayden Constructors by the Board of Water Commissioners near the end of May 2026. The contracting process is currently ongoing, and we’d like to share more information with neighbors before construction begins. 

Join us for a neighborhood open house on June 23, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Roxy Ann Grange, 1850 Spring Street in Medford. 

At this open house we’ll share a general construction schedule and other details on what to expect during construction. Our reservoir project team, comprised of staff from Medford Water and our design team as well as Slayden Constructors, will be available to provide updates and answer questions.
