NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS – CHARGES IN LIEU OF ASSESSMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Medford Board of Water Commissioners, will hold a public hearing on on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 12:15 p.m., at the Lausmann Annex, 200 S. Ivy St. Room 151, Medford, Oregon, to consider adopting revised “Charges in Lieu of Assessment”, Exhibit A of the Regulations Governing Water Service. The proposed revisions are based on a cost analysis and are as follows: 8″ water main unpaved condition, $47.58 per lineal foot per side of street; 8″ water main paved condition, $79.28 per lineal foot per side of street. 12″ water main unpaved condition, $64.49 per lineal foot per side of street; 12″ water main paved condition, $96.20 per lineal foot per side of street. All interested parties are invited to attend. A copy is available for inspection upon request at Medford Water’s office; make arrangements ahead of time by calling (541) 774-2440. If approved, the effective date is July 1, 2026.
