Renovation Work Underway in Our Building Beginning May 4, 2026

Pardon the mess…and thank you for your patience!

Beginning Monday, May 4, 2026, the City of Medford will be undertaking renovation work in the building that houses our administration office (the Lausmann Annex Building to City Hall) at 200 S. Ivy Street, Medford, Oregon. Work includes corridor painting and flooring, and is expected to last several weeks, occurring mostly in the evenings. However, visitors may experience some impacts during normal business hours, such as increased noise and temporarily limited walkway access (access routes will be maintained using temporary floor coverings as needed). Signage will be posted in affected areas to help direct foot traffic, but please use caution when moving through active work zones.
