Service Interruption – Pay4Water Website and Bulk Water Station Access

The Pay4Water payment portal, used to manage accounts for our bulk water station, is currently experiencing unplanned technical issues affecting their website and account use.

If you have money in your Pay4Water account, your bulk water transaction at the station may or may not work. However, adding new members, changing PINs, and adding more funds to the current balance are not available. If your account balance goes to zero during a transaction, please start another transaction and the system will keep track of the math.

The company that administers the web-based system is working hard to fix this issue as quickly as possible so that full access to the bulk water station and accounts can be restored. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. For questions or assistance, please contact our Customer Service team at 541-774-2430 or customerservice@medfordwater.org. We will post updates here as they become available.

Please note: If you have a separate, existing account for the bulk water station operated by Jackson County on Antelope Road, it may work but is similarly limited. If your account balance is zero and you have a water supply emergency, please call their office at 541-774-8184.
