NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at their regular Board of Water Commissioners meeting on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, the City of Medford, by and through its Board of Water Commissioners, will consider Resolution No. 2011, for the purpose of an exemption from competitive solicitation for On-Call Hydraulic Modeling Services for a one year period with two annual one-year options to renew, pursuant to the Medford Water Commission’s Contracting and Purchasing Regulations Section 2.33(D) and ORS 279B.085. A copy of the proposed resolution, which will authorize the General Manager to execute a contract amendment with Jacobs Engineering Group for On-Call Hydraulic Modeling Services under this exemption, is available upon request from the Water Commission’s office at 200 S.
