5th Annual Calendar Contest Underway

Medford Water’s 5th Annual Calendar Contest is underway! This program is for 4th grade students in the Medford School District and White City, to pique an interest in water conservation in their everyday lives. Our staff visits participating school classes, and prompts these students to think about what water means to them and why it is important to conserve, and to create an illustration based on this idea.
The top 12 submissions are selected to be published in a wall calendar, and the top three of those also receive some great prizes, all sponsored by Medford Water. Prizes are awarded in December, and the calendars are presented to the winners and the participating classes in January (they will also be available in our office for free). This is an inspiring event that we look forward to every year; thank you to all the participating teachers, students, and vendors that make this contest possible. We are proud to serve a community that values water in many ways.
