Medford Water Commission - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING for Water Rates Modifications

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Medford, Oregon, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at 12:15 p.m. by virtual means in compliance with Governor Brown’s Executive Orders, to consider proposed water rate modifications for all customer groups served by the Medford Water Commission system. A non-inclusive summary of the current and proposed rates (per 1,000 gallons) is available here.

If approved, new rates would become effective March 1, 2021. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. You may appear virtually to submit comments (directions are on the meeting Agenda) or submit written comments, which will be accepted via first class mail or email until 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. We strongly encourage the use of email to ensure it is received by the deadline; email comments or public hearing testimony pertaining to this agenda item to water@medfordwater.org. Be sure to include your name, address, and phone number. All comments pertaining to this item received by the deadline will be provided to the Board at the meeting and submitted as a part of the public record.
