Updated Customer Service Billing Website Coming This Fall
This fall, we are excited to be updating our customer service billing portal, located at services.medfordwater.org.
The site helps customers manage their water accounts and pay their bill, and following the upgrade will have expanded functionality:
- Compare current and previous billings
- Usage graphed with temperature and precipitation data
- Receive leak alerts
- High use notifications
- Bill forecast notifications
- Set notifications for certain usage amounts
- View water efficiency tips
- Mobile-friendly interface
- And more!
These improvements will allow us to provide a better, more valuable billing experience to our customers.

IMPORTANT: The upgrade will require existing users to create a new login and set new preferences, such as automatic payments or paperless billing. |
Estimated Project Schedule
The project is currently in the planning stages and will take place later this year; as we get closer, we’ll let you know when the updated billing portal will go live and what you’ll need to do when that happens.
