Medford Water Commission - 541.774.2430
NOTICE: Boil Water Advisory for select addresses on Meadows Ln. & Cherry St. area LIFTED

A small number of specific Medford Water Commission customers in the Meadows Lane and Cherry Street area were notified on Tuesday, October 30th, 2018, of a loss of water pressure in the distribution system resulting from a depressurized water main and were advised to boil their water before drinking it.

The Commission has received sample results for those 12 service addresses under the Boil Water Advisory, which show no bacteria present.

The Boil Water Advisory has been lifted for all addresses
and it is no longer necessary to boil water.

The advisory was a precaution for our customers to limit risk to health from any possible harmful bacteria. We thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time and apologize for any inconvenience.
