UPDATE: Thursday, July 12th - 3:30 p.m.

Our automated phone payment services are up and running again; you can take advantage of this 24-7 automated service to pay using a credit card by calling (541) 774-2430. If you prefer to speak to a Customer Service Technician during regular business hours to make your payment, simply press "0".

In addition, you can now make a one-time online payment through our payment services website. Click here to make a one-time payment. Brief helpful instructions can be viewed here.

We are working with our vendors to complete the upgrade and hope to have all options in service soon. Credit card, cash, and check payments can be made at the counter in our office during regular business hours.

Online billing and automated phone payment services are still down; we are working with our vendors to complete the upgrade and hope to have everything back in service soon.  

However, we are able to process Credit Card payments over the phone and at the counter in our office during regular business hours. If you need to make a payment or have any questions please call (541) 774-2430.

At this time, online billing and payment services are still down. The upgrade and necessary data processing is still in progress and expected to continue into the weekend.

To better serve our customers, Medford Water Commission will be implementing a
software upgrade next week. This will greatly expand our online billing and payment services, allowing for recurring payments, autopay setup directly online, the ability to select which date the bill is paid, and more.
 
In preparation for this upgrade, our credit card payment processing system will be unavailable beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 5th, and is not expected to be available again for approximately 48 hours.
 
During this time, the Commission will be unable to process credit card payments in person, over the phone, or on the website. The only payment options will be cash or check. If you normally pay by credit card and will need to make a payment, it is recommended that you do so prior to July 5th.
 
The Commission wants to make it as easy and convenient as possible for customers to pay their water bill, and this upgrade will have a significant effect on bringing our capabilities up to date with customer expectations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation. A follow-up announcement will be posted when the system is available again.
