NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Medford, by and through its Board of Water Commissioners, will consider Resolution No. 1737, for the purpose of exempting Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) Support Services from the Medford Water Commission’s Contracting and Purchasing Regulations, Pursuant to Section 2.33 and ORS 279B.085, at their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 3, at 11:30 a.m. in Room 300 of Medford City Hall Council Chambers, 411 W. 8th St., Medford, Oregon. A copy of the proposed resolution, which will authorize the Manager to execute a two-year contract with Harris Group, Inc. under this exemption, is available upon request from the Water Commission’s office, call: (541) 774-2440.
