The Medford Water Commission is pleased to announce the release of our annual Consumer Confidence Report. The report contains water quality testing results from the 2016 calendar year for Medford Water Commission (MWC) as well as the cities of Central Point, Eagle Point, Jacksonville and Phoenix.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Safe Water Drinking Act requires water systems to provide this annual report to all customers. While the report is mandated by the federal government, MWC prides itself in providing high-quality drinking water and we’re proud to report that our water consistently meets or exceeds all requirements set by the EPA and the Oregon Health Authority.
The report is available at

In addition to water quality data, the report includes information about our water sources, answers to common water quality questions and tips for saving water.
