Public Notice - Exemption from Competitive Solicitation for
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Medford Board of Water Commissioners will consider Resolution No. 1558, approving a two-year, sole-source exemption from competitive solicitation for listed manufacturers and materials used in the water distribution system, from the Medford Water Commission’s 2011 Contracting and Purchasing Regulations, Pursuant to Section 2.32 - Sole Source Procurement, at their regular meeting on Wednesday, October 1, 2014, at 12:30 p.m. in Room 151/157 of Medford City Hall Lausmann Annex, 200 S. Ivy St., Medford, Oregon.
