Notice to customers - bills and due dates delayed
On July 1, 2013, Medford Water Commission began using a new computer system for customer billing.
Those customers whose payments are automatically debited from their bank accounts will also find debits being delayed. This is not a permanent change, however, and our goal is to be back on our normal billing schedule before August 1.
Also on July 1, the City of Medford began billing separately for their fees. Therefore, customer bills from Medford Water Commission will include only water charges. All of the City’s bills are scheduled for mailing on the 15th of each month, so they will not follow the same schedule as water bills. If you have questions regarding the new City of Medford bills, please call the City at 541-774-2140.
